  Smooth. Mild tannins. Fruity finish with a bit of smoke. Great wine. Decanted for an hour,, but by hour 3, still tasted great

  Served with smoked salmon and hanger steak. This wine stood up to the smoky meat and fish and proved to be a satisfying accompaniment to both. My guests loved it.
