  Lots of raspberry and sour cherry. Light, but the 13.6% alcohol is a bit harsh on the way down. A little bit of a sour taste which mostly goes away after an hour of decanting. Overall a very nice Californian pinot, just not particularly deep.

  TN: California Pinot "In Pursuit of Balance" tasting (RN74 Restaurant, San Francisco): Nice medium body, good intensity, a hint of candied cherry but not overly ripe.
