I have no idea why this is so tannic and bitter, it completely overshadows the delicate red fruits. Little to no pleasure. Definitely not a wine to be enjoyed on its own. Much better with a tangy cheese, Feta revealed some floral notes and rhubarb. If you like low grade Burgundy or Beaujolais this might be your kind of wine.

Chunky red for every day drinking.Tannic. Notes of coffee and chocolate on the palate. Good acidity. Noticable bitterness on the finish
