Primary color. Smokey aromas. Classy entry. Dark fruit melange. Medium, clean finish. I expect this will improve with another 2-5 years in the cellar. 92

Lovely. Incredibly floral on the nose, settled down after only 30 minutes and presented a mix of blueberry and blackberry with a soft graphite finish. I think now is the time to drink this.

Dark plum color with tart fruit aromas. Blueberry is the dominant impression on the tip of the tongue--with, maybe, a suggestion of anise. Graphite sensation mid-palate. Surprisingly, light on tannin makes this wine quite approachable.

Nose is boysenberry, cinnamon,..graphite… Graphite hit up front, then amalgamation of tannin blue/black fruit Leading to a balanced finish but still drying tannins…. Good drinking experience…certainly stays far away from a Caymus over extracted fruit bomb…feels like maybe could use a year or two..

Very good but stops way short of memorably great…
