  Clear, bright ruby red color. The nose is primarily sour cherry fruit with a bit of spice and some earthy minerality. Sour red cherry & spice palate is very similar to the nose. Medium body with silky mouthfeel. Ample acidity & smooth tannins round out a generally good, characteristically consistent, yet basic burgundy - definitely a good food wine.
