Still quite restrained. Lemony nose. Lemony palate. 2014s need time. Not sure the Bourgognes will be expressive. Not this one in my cellar as it’s the last bottle.

A bit linear upon opening but with some air it rounds out into a really electric Bourgogne Blanc. Delicious, and well worth the $35 I paid. It doesn’t quite have the depth to push it into another level, but it may still evolve into that. Based on what I tasted it certainly doesn’t seem in a hurry to go anywhere. Glad I have more!

This is a tremendous BB here! Second bottle confirms the first...this has killer 2014 lemon citrus cut...pure crystalline orchard fruits...creamier than one would expect from a BB, yet all the classics I love in white burgundy...chalky crushed limestone, tart lemon/lime squeeze, saline minerality, slight match strike. Wonderful smoothness and balance...lemon curd, lime blossom florals...not huge in complexity and concentration by any means...more subtle and "Meursault-lite" if you will. Might be mistaken for a village level, but does fall a little short in the 1er level. But it's all in there...and for the price...AMAZING every-day-er if you had enough bottles!

Slow ox and let it warm up a bit. Quite a nice Bourgogne, but not sure how many more years this has left in it.
Concentrated and somewhat rich, showing citrus and well integrated oak offering a bit of marzipan and vanilla.
