A yellowish color with a faint cloudy gleam. Very heavy on the peach-notes. Even though this wine has a great amount of sweetness and therefore would go brilliantly with desserts, there's also a dryness that's quite intriguing to me. A great example of how biodynamic wines, when done right, can offer something "more" or "new" that reminds me just as much of cider and light beer. A bit too overpriced in my opinion. Had this wine with chocolate mousse served on a bed of butter-biscuit with passion fruit.

Hosting LI Blind 2017 edition (Jewel Restaurant Melville): This bottle was stranger than the first. Like a cross between an ultra funky farmhouse ale and a cider. Before food, the nose was downright stinky and the oxidative flavors strong. The food mellowed it somewhat but 9 of 12 folks loathed it, one was neutral and two of us found things to like. A day later it was undrinkable.

Pretty gross. Very farty, inner mouth florals even worse with bitter notes. Did not blow off by day 2 either. I don't get this wine at all.

palate is linear and lush all at once. every sip is so delicious yet complex.

Seemingly completely unfined/unfiltered... Wild feral oxidative fruit... Love it.
