This guy was kicking off the sediment. No issue as it stuck to the side of the bottle. Slight bricking which is to be expected. Ripe dark plum nose. Fruit forward. Palate was smooth and dark ripe plum pushing the prune envelope. Fine tannins and cassis surrounding the oak and cocoa notes. The dry leather influence adds to the "age". Not the best qpr but enjoyable. In the 89-90 range for point hunters.

Beautiful. Tastes like an old wine of course (you know, the port like taste). Still has tannins and a rich flavor. Yum.

Bad. Aged out. Waited too long, lost our investment in some quality wines.
