From a bottle purchased on release, this wine had a gold center and clear rims. The nose was pretty mellow at first but after a few hours it showed pear, citrus, white stone, and some custard notes.
In the mouth, this wine was rich but did not show much flavor at first. After a few hours it really broadened out to display its crisp integrated acidity and stony finish.
This was a lovely wine that is pretty much at the peak of its charms. Enjoy over the next 5 years.
