  Funky.
  Light turbid yellow with some gas
  Definitely Riesling with a very natural vibe.
  Dry, but clearly Riesling fruit mixed with some beer and sauerkraut in a good way.
  Clearly not for everyone and a far cry from an easy going Kabinett.
  For the adventurous, I rather liked it but clearly alone at the table and had to open a second bottle of wine

  This comes across like a cider, with a cloudy presentation in the glass and a strong, zesty acidic bite to it that accentuates the lemon palate, this is frizzante as well.

  13% - Hazy, med gold / clean, med+ intensity - apple, apricot, lime zest, saline and mineral / dry (some residual sugar, but not even semi-tendre), high zippy acidity, med body, med to pronounced intensity, med length. Works very well with indian dishes!

  PnP, consumed over one night. Good, likely to improve, even if marginally.
  
  Classic Alsatian Riesling. Nothing profound, though it should be said there's a deep, lingering sense of balance and purity that haunted in the best of ways. That said, while I liked it, I'm not going to pick up any more. Glad to have tried it, to be sure. White fruits, some mineral/soil with an ever present 'sense' of sweetness even if the sugar is really dialed back (think modestly sweet halbtrocken, at most). Good companion to food, and ends as it began, with understated elegance. Should hold at this level of quality for the remainder of the decade.
  14,1% abv., DIAM 10 cork. recommended

  Un vin de texture où tension et salinité forment un parfait contrepoids à la rondeur du fruit. Beaucoup de fraîcheur malgré le petit sucre résiduel. Très beau!
