  Strong gutsy red, bright deep red in colour. Initially a strong alcohol odour when opened, but allowed a little time to breath it developed into a strong berry, fruit aroma, with chocolate and pepper. Medium length with good balance, not to strong tannins. Very good wine especially at the price of $9.99
