Not fully integrated after a 30 minute decant. Improved past an hour. V - Clear medium ruby with medium Meniscus and high viscosity. N - To start, the nose was better than the palate. Palate improved past an hour. Raspberry, plum, tomato leaf and dark clay. P - Clay and soil, actually a bit of brett, with iron, cherry and plum. As it opened up, also got a hint of pepper and iron. Med+ body, high acidity and fairly high tannins.

A GSMCV. Double decanted. Really solid. Incredible bouquet. Finish is a tad thin.

Excellent and unusual blend, Viognier in a GSM. Approachable with Grenache, depth from Syrah and Mourvedre.

A bold expression, maybe the vineyard asserting itself? The Viognier gives an aromatic nose, and I believe the Mourvedre is the spine of this wine.
