  I opened this bottle while driving around Blue Rdge in Georgia looking for a nice picnic spot. After one hour of slow ox the wine was phenomenal. The blue fruits, harsh tannins and minerality give it a superb complexity at just age 10! I said just age 10 because I believe the best years for this wine are still ahead. Drinking great now and should peak in about 2-5 years while drink optimally for the next 10+…

  My Benchmark for comparison is the '13 vintage, I really loved it. This wine is close but not there. Doesn't have the density or concentration that the '13 had. The alcohol doesn't seem completely integrated yet, needs to calm down a bit. I took three days to finish this bottle. I think I'm done with this label, the only one worth buying was the '13, all others from M-T I've had weren't worth the money.
