Bright red fruit on the nose, notes of cranberries and cherry liquor. Light to medium body with medium acidity, crunchy red cherry and raspberry fruit, there's a green herbal note and chalkiness to the finish.

No vintage date on the label, but the top of the cork was branded "2010." Aromas somewhat like gamay, on the palate it's earthy and quite tannic (like licking wallboard). Much better with the beef stew.
