  第二瓶中的半瓶在分装瓶里，放置在冰箱冷藏内3天后依然和原来一样，果味依然很新鲜持久。

  3瓶中的第1瓶。开瓶的味道觉得像是伯恩丘的一级田，肉桂、红偏向黑果的气息，泥土、烤肉皆有。单宁较强，酸度有些弱。再尝觉得不像伯恩丘了，但不是这种价位的加州那种甜甜的黑皮诺，有矿物感，给人有点优雅感觉。收尾还是欠缺点，透明度有欠缺。虽然不是这个价位段我最喜欢的，但以这个价钱来说性价比挺高的。可能还可以再陈3-4年，但我不认为很值得冒险等这么久。

  Aromas dominated by cherry and raspberry. Very New World pinot aroma. The palate has an elegance to it. There’s a quality in the mouthfeel which is very appealing. Earthy, a touch of spice, integrated tannins.
