Floral and spice notes from the 51% Viognier at the forefront, framed by glycerine-like creaminess from the 36% Roussanne, and finishing saline, with pointed notes of lime, due in part probably to the 13% Riesling in the blend. Finishes slightly hot. 13.6% ABV.

Clear pale yellow. Nose of lemon zest, grapefruit, white peach. Palate is similar with some bitter citrus pith and short finish. Can't really taste the Riesling. Not giving this a score since I'm not really a white wine guy but didn't fall in love with this.

Not as enjoyable as a year ago. Interesting spectrum of flavors and aromas, but not as structured as the first bottle, tasting a bit tired and flabby.

Floral, stone, honey, cedar plank, unripe peach, and anise. Fresh and zesty. Surpasses the Garagiste hype.
