Upping my rating after several years of development and maturity. This is an exceptional bottle: darker yellow/gold color, leans towards the more acidic and vibrant profile (remarkable after 10 years), and finishes full, long and layered. More chamomile than beeswax, more lemon and pear than apricot. A wine to drink chilled, ideally with food, and good conversation afterward. Very well made, enjoy!

Light yellow color, restrained nose. Lots of lemon, green apple, chalk, and acid on palate, absolutely bone dry finish. Can't see any but true wine lovers enjoying this. This is about as far from off dry CA and Aus Semillion as it gets. Really enjoyable.
