  Mouth: acdity M+, Dry, Int M+, Wild strawberry, strawberry, cherry
  Finish: Medium long with wild strawberry.
  A nice rosé champagne.

  Deep salmon. Maraschino cherry and brioche on the nose. Lively mousse.
  In the mouth, luscious black and red cherry fruit and some lighter citrus on entry, vibrant acidity builds from entry into the mid. Cherry and apple peel tannin grip in the mid with a sprinkle of mineral, lovely creamy mouthfeel. Toasted almond and lanolin. Complex, elegant, lengthy finish. This one was a pleasure.

Eftir þyrlun þá gaf það þó af sér rifsber, reyk, og vindlakassa. Svipað í bragði og Riceys vínið nema hérna voru kirsuber meira áberandi og líka meiri sæta, sem mátti náttúrlega búast við. Fínt vín en Riceys er flottara.
