Prior bottle was just over 15 months ago and this wine continues to evolve positively, along the lines I'd hoped. White apple and pear on the nose along with peach and some white tropical, especially as it warms. Medium bodied with white apple and pear upfront, moving to white and yellow peach through the middle as well as white tropical notes that are coming more into focus, particularly towards the back of the mid-body. This is offset by citrus (especially lemon) as well as good acidity behind and through the finish. This wine has a number of years in front of it as it continues to open up and gain in balance and expression.

Prior bottle was one year ago and the wine has evolved positively in that time. White apple and pear, but also peach and now, hints of pineapple on the more aromatic nose. Medium bodied with white apple and touch of brighter white pear upfront. Mid-body has opened up nicely since my prior bottle, showing white peach, shifting to yellow peach and also bringing in tart tropical qualities. Backside shows lemon and grapefruit, but these acidity-based notes are in much better balance with the mid-body fruit than previously. Acidity continues to provide a solid backbone, but in such a fashion that the mid-body fruit and upfront notes are gaining in expression. This is wine is starting to evolve from it's steely, tight, acidity driven youth to a more complex wine. I'll save my next bottle until at least Fall 2022, but preferably, Q2 2023.

Nice wine. Typical nose that can only smell like Riesling. Citrus, wet rock, diesel. Palate shows ripe citrus, grapefruit, nectarine. Peach, apricot, honey, stone, petrol. Really really good.

Nice pale straw color. Lemon and honey on the nose. Slightly sweet, medium acid, light body. Touch of grapefruit to the lemon and honey in the flavor. Not terribly sprightly. Paired well with skate wing schnitzel and Savage Garden retro night.

Pale; slate & floral notes; deft sweetness & white fruits, refreshing acidity, clean as a whistle; delightful finish.
