I like Brunello's and this is a good one. Decanted for an hour to let it open up and well worth the wait. Dark fruit, leather and cedar on the nose. Medium to full body with deep dark fruit and mineral complexity leading a long dry tannic finish. The best value priced Brunello I have had in a while.

spectacular example of the brunello, had with beef tenderloin. It is earthy for sure, so must pair correctly, but beautiful expression notes, deep complex flavors.
The wine looks brick colored. The legs are slow. It smells like mineral and stoniness. It tastes like flint and forest floor. The body is full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.
