27 Dec 2019 @Dolphin Hotel Wine Room in Surry Hills, NSW Australia. 90pts, although not my usual style of Pinot Noir, it is incredibly smashable as another reviewer posted. Deliciously fruity on the nose, blue fruit, red fruit, black fruit and earthy nougat. No oak treatment, but this wine doesn’t need it. The earthiness, tannin-supported-fruit, all work so well. I agree, cold chicken and mayo sandwich is required!
