Nose: Fleshy fruits, apricot or nectarine? Palate: noticeably smooth texture with muted acidity. Cherry, mineral, and citrus peel Tasted with: grilled cheese on day 1, solo on day 3. Overall: positively surprised by the quality of this. More than just an aperitif. Flexible to drink by itself or pair with a variety of foods. Consensus at my house: 86 points

Cherry and melon on the nose and in the mouth, good acidity. Nice.

Fresh, just cut strawberry, sprinkled with a dash of lime juice, and topped off with ice cold mineral water. Springtime in a glass.
