Deep dark purple, typical CdP nose. Right now this is over extracted for my taste with rich chewy dark berries. As others have said this calms down after a few hours in the glass. Revisit in several years to see if this resolves.

This has the potential to be a lovely wine and has a higher score than 91 but as is, it is way too fresh to be truly enjoyable.
As is, it is deep ruby red with bright fruits and very Grenache centric. Give it a few hours, the wine settles down revealing its true potential - spices, cherry, peppery notes. Medium to full bodied with explosions of flavours and firm tannins. Nice long finish with plenty of acid to ensure good ageing potential.
Drink in 4+ years but should really leave it alone for another decade before touching.

Lush, refined, silky and fresh, the wine is already a treat to taste. Though, if you give it a few years in the bottle you are going to find even more ripe, red plums, flowers, smoke, licorice, kirsch and earth. Balanced, elegant and richly textured, this is going to age and evolve for 15 to 20 years. with ease Drink from 2024 - 2038
