  Popped a bottle erroneously, hence had to immediate press the cork back in. Kept then for 1 day in the fridge before checking this out. Distinct features of floral notes (white flowers), chalky minerality, citrus and stone fruit. The palate leans towards acidity, but also has a soft texture to it. The wide range of grapes included here lends aromatic diversity, but the delineation came across rather blurry. Hard to say how much the premature opening affected this. Will give this another go at one point.
