I've read about "stonefruit" but never knew what that meant. I think I now know. Very pale, very crisp, acidic...like an unoaked crisp New Zealand Sauvignon but without as much fruit. Paired well with our garlic/dill salmon

Round, with a core of apple fruit, this lacks flavor on the palate and finishes disjointed and bitter. Texturally nice, this might show better with a simple grilled fish.
