Nose petrol, peach, mineral. Palate showing little acidity, lot of sweetness and ripe fruit, but still with mineral backbone--probably the vintage talking. Glycerin mouthfeel, moderate finish. Is it still in awkward young stage? Does it have acid to hold long term? Not sure.

- Yellow color with slow forming legs and aromas of vanilla. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of lemon, apricot and almond with a light/medium body. Round texture with a medium finish - Citrus flavors come through the wine from first sip to the end. It's mellow and bright at the same time. Love the complexity in this white wine.

9th Annual Holiday Dinner and Cellar Raid (Naperville, IL): Part of wine dinner and cellar raid so did not take detailed notes. Very nice Riesling that I haven't had in a number of years. Held up well

Not the bright acidity I expect for Dragonstone, though decent enough with plenty of fruit and some talc at this stage.
