  Half. 11/24. After a couple of seemingly evolved bottles with prune and coal tar notes, this is back in its stride. Mid ruby, just starting to show some garnet at the fringes, red fruit, a touch of wet earth and some early autumnal development. Retains a sense of bite. Good. ***

  This was enjoyed over 3 nights with a short decant the first night. paired beautifully with eye of the round roast beef. actually was best the 2nd night. very light. food wine not for sipping alone really
