  • PnP Finished the last bottle. Totally an easy drinker. Not particularly complex, but as I said not too much of anything, not too tart, not too sweet, not too woody, just nice especially for the price.

  • We were tooling around the back roads to discover this winery, stopped in for a tasting. Liked this enough to buy some. Slightly chilled at home, PNP. In the Glass: Clear, light celery. On the nose: Initial whiff of vanilla pudding, opened to soft neutral oak & spice. In the mouth: light/medium mouth feel, very nice overall, but not too anything. Not too tart, not too sweet, not too spicy, not overpowered by oak, so I guess it was very balanced. Lingering sweet finish for a chardonnay. Told it was aged in 5 year old neutral oak barrels and personally I liked the subtle woodiness, it took a back seat to the fruit. Vinted from 100% their own grapes Club price, $12.75 worth buying more!
