Loire Night (San Francisco): Tasted blind-guessed 2007 Muscadet with wood like Clisson. Medium yellow. Some citrus. Chalky feel, fuller than usual Melon. Zingy acidity, great liveliness. Amazing aged Muscadet.

A small sendoff for Salil as he moves to flyover country and a happy birthday to Jay! (Chelsea Wine Storage.): Showing beautifully. It's mature and has taken on that Chablis-like character, though is in no danger of falling off soon.
