  Deep yellow with golden hue. On the nose baked apples with a sea breeze. This is a full body and alcohol heavy Savagnin. There is a solid acidic vein which accompanies the wine from the beginning to its end. It comes across rather ripe with some minerality and heat. It can easily stand up against some heavier white meat dishes with sauce. IMHO I don’t expect any improvement in the short or long run, so drink up.
