Found this 375 hiding in the frig and P&P with a casual Saturday supper. The cork was in bad shape (too much refrig time) but the An So and my stainer saved the bottle. It look about 30 minutes in the glass to open up. It is past its prime, at least in a 375 format.

From 375. At 10 years, this is drinking beautifully. Slight signs of age in the color, but nowhere else. Dried fruits, almost sweet without any obvious residual sugar. Lovely wine.

This was one of two different pinot noir 375s I took to a pre-game tailgate to accompany chicken enchiladas and a Mexican chop salad. This is a good pinot, dark fruit with a bit of spice on the palate, with a nice finish. Pleased a have a few left.

Drank this immediately after an '06. The '07 had much more vibrant fruit and my companions enjoyed it more than the '06 which seemed to have gone past its prime with fading fruit.
