Tasted after 1 hour of air. Pale ruby color. Very crunchy. High acid. Very sweet raspberry fruit. Nice cut and delineation. Some spice. Nice high toned fruit on the mid palate. Mr. Adam is crazy man for making wines from these no name verticals. I love them. Wine would be boring if everyone followed the same formula.

Totally agree with EMICHELS review. Just lovely wine, so much enjoyment drinking. The in-laws made their pork pot stickers, and a great dinner it was. Yum

Decanted. Now 45 min after decant. Expressive aromas of ripe, almost candied cherries, some greens and bark. Palate w bright, slightly candied cherries, mild herbs, dune bark. Mild tannins sneak on midpalate with moderate vanilla and almost a bit of spritz feeling. Finished with moderate vanilla, and fruit. Really liked the texture and weight of this wine. Fruit is a bit ripe but the nice acids balance the wine. My main sticking point is the lingering vanilla oak, which I'm not a fan of. Just sticks out a bit too much for me. Would definitely be more enthusiastic if the oak wasn't as prominent.

Nice nose and palate of tart cherries; agree that there is a bit of a raw oak note that needs to integrate.
