From magnum. Watermelon and pear, very dry, orange-y, and we suspected correctly that it had a little age on it. It wasn't sherried, there was just some interesting other-ness that's not typical of a new recruit. Very good.

Although this was not sweet, it was plenty fruity and flabby. I am not a fan of Rose - there have been a very small minority that I have liked. This was not as bad as most, but did not have any compelling minerality or acidity to keep it in check.

Pop n poured. Served in an inefficient table chiller. Allowed to come to room temp from fridge temps and followed the whole way.
Delicious. Color was a bit more orange or salmon side of things. This wine was purposeful and presented itself in a serious manner. Not machined or over manufactured as to be too clean, the poise wine of this wine struck me. Fruit held in check and balanced with Porportioned acidity. There was a large well constructed slightly creamy off-ramp leading the way from midpalate to a refreshing finish evoking a yearning for more. Quite interesting to me, this maybe my first Corbiere rose. Really liked this wine.
Disclaimer>. My palate may be in a yearning phase as I have been navigating the restaurant scene in Scottsdale for the better part of a week. It seems that wine lists average between 250-450% markup... For example, this was $51 on a list. The somm's enthusiasm for this coupled with 100 degree weather---I took the plunge and am glad I did!

Light nose, aromatic, attractive.
Really refreshing, light, reasonable length.

Pinkish copper, dry, medium minerality, pleasant afternoon sipper. Paired nicely with goat cheese and tomato chutney.
