Deep straw in color with a brilliant golden hue. Nose of pears, golden apples, butterscotch, and hint of nutmeg. Tastes of pears, autumnal spices, cinnamon apples, and hint of vanilla. Moving into tertiary flavors, pronounced acidity, and long finish. Lovely mouthfeel. At its prime. Drink now and over the next three to four years.

P/lightly chilled. Clear, med bright yellow. Nice proper Chard nose. This drank a little bit over the top. Decent fruit but a touch flabby, lost a bit of brightness with time. Very good finish, nothing off. Gift from Mike.

Rich, toasty, nutty-buttery with solid white fruit bowl blend - apples, pears, peaches - and a kiss of lemon squirt acidity to keep it fresh. Heady yeasty-musty nose is very enticing. Maybe too much oak for some but thought it was well balanced, harmonious and drinking very well.
