Really enjoyable - great nose of minerals, sea, lemon curd, etc. decent weight on the palate and great acidity to balance the wine out giving it a long finish. Nice transparency.

From memory. Really took about 1 hr to open up. Tart apples and lemon with some minerals and herbs. Flavors become more harmonious over time and the last sip at the end of 2 hours was the best. Texture is moderately broad with excellent acids.Doesn't have the linear "zingyness" of the Briords but not as broad in the mouth as Gras Moutons. Sort of sits in the middle. Very nice with fried cod po boy.

PNP. Cork perfect. Color straw. Nose with some floral and apricot and salinity. Swishing shows mouth coating acidity that is mostly creamy and sipping shows polished fruit that persists for 30 secs. Not as complex or structured as the broods but Really nice and will be a perfect foil for shellfish.
