  醒酒两个半小时，回塞两个小时。深紫红色，闻香有青味，黑果，甜美的果酱感，一些草药和桉树，还有甜香料味，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，单宁紧致，颗粒打磨得非常细，桉树味明显，青味，黑果，果酱，辛香料，后段辛辣感和法桶香味，余味木质香气，香草，巧克力，果香长留。新年非常新，成熟黑果加上法国橡木桶的二人转，口感饱满，做得甜美而又精致，超乎寻常的平衡感，完全感受不到高酒精，入口也没有很大负担，余味高级感十足。把巴罗萨的浓郁系审美拔高到一个新境界的精彩作品。

  This wine is amazing, I have the 2005, however the latest vintage is chunky, full of fruit, smooth as anything, and a delight to open and drink with friends or with my steak!! The taste of fruit is amazing ..... think if I keep it will get even better! The 2005 is astonishing !!
