  P/med chill. Clear, salmon color. Nice, tiny bubble steam. Very well made blend of unusual grapes. Fruity, clean, nothing off. Steve's.

  Love this stuff. Dry and mineral-driven with cool toned white fruits and just a touch of the exotic, perhaps from the jacquère component here. According to the distributor, the breakdown is 70% chardonnay, 20% pinot noir and 10% jacquère. I could drink a lot of this.
