Moderately oxidative profile with bruised apple and a bit of nuttiness along with some lemon curd. Very tart and precise with an aggressive mousse. This is excellent for the price if you’re into oxidative sparklers.

This is very good. Bone dry and I suspect it will get better with another year or two in bottle. Crisp apple skin, spice, earth and nuts. The label says 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 5% each Poulsard and Trousseau. The last two give this a lovely difference and aromatics. A great value as well. I will drink more of this.

(NV André et Mireille Tissot Crémant du Jura Blanc) 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir. Made by the méthode traditionelle, Tissot’s sparkling wine is a close cousin to Champagne. Excellent value. Winery Spotlight: André et Mireille Tissot

Maybe touch volatile on the nose but theres some depth. Interesting isoamyl AcO type note on the palate. Lots of banana. Acid feels a bit disjointed.

Excellent, very clean, acetate esters and fatty acids, bead is slightly coarse, acid is not quite like Champagne, but overall it’s a great value.

We have had this bottle several times and for some reason it didn't hit the normal notes.
