Acker "Paulee" Burgundy Dinner (Capital Seafood - Beverly Hills CA): Paulee style dinner. From magnum. This showcased both Chardonnay and Pinot beautifully, with rich and powerful apple and berry throughout. still nicely fresh enough with faint mature edges. Wonderful.

Fully mature nutty nose with an almost buttery richness.
Still enough freshness on the palate from bubbles and acidity to buffer rich mature nutty-caramel flavours.
Similarly the palate finishes with a nice fresh lift.
Delicious, fully mature champagne.
