(Dom Perignon Rose) Sappy red fruits on a steely, mineral spine of great detail. Long finish of great complexity. Just goes on and on. The copper color is always enchanting. Very youthful and needs lots of time.

In Magnum.
Magnificent nose of crushed strawberry, rose, and smoke.
Mouth full of fullness, the attack on the palate is soft, very delicate, with bright red fruit. At no time can we say that this wine is 34 years old. Fine effervescence and beautiful acidity, this rosé is truly harmonious, a real Burgundian. Then the floral flavors take over, against a background of wet stone. It is a magnificent wine, all elegance and contrast. Each sip reveals a new facet but I must admit that I have rarely had such a floral rosé. Beautiful smoky finish on strawberries, great saline length.
Great rosé, deep, delicate and still so young! I remember drinking it for the first time in 2016 and this champagne left me a little hungry, this was not the case this time where it held its place.
