Awesome! Never experienced a wine like it. The closest I have a reference point to is Gravener Ribolla Gialla (orange wine). The oxidation that comes through on the nose doesn’t get experienced on the palate. Complexity but also a mineral linearity that is impossible to predict from the nose. A great experience and one I’d be delighted to repeat!

MixedTape Chef: Petroleum, nutty, roasted almonds, toastie. With food, tasted oyster shells as well. Matured but with plenty of life. Delicious.

Dark yellow straw color. Nose of oily, wax, honey. Flavors of honey, oily lemons, dried fruit, flower, orange zest. Opened up and became more complex.
