  I suspect this bottle was flawed (oxidized). Very unpleasant, "hot" finish (more than what would be expected even in view of the wines 15.5% ABV).

  Consumed over two days. Preference on day two.
  
  I think WS nailed this and I'm sure it had a lot to do with QPR. Very subtle complexities of polished red fruit that gain slight weight with ox in the bottle.
