Cherry, strawberry and floral on the nose. Medium in body and acidity. Well structure. Tannins are subtle. Very well balanced. Long cherry finish. First bottle from Hirsch and looking forward to trying the other vineyards.

Yummy. This has just enough concentration to make it enjoyable now. The nose is also very pretty, but will likely get better and better if I can hold off on bottle 2 for a few years

Cherry, wood, and dust on the nose, well balanced compelling bouquet – just enough to pull you in, not enough to overwhelm. Was able to pick up a really interesting honeycomb, or bee pollen, sensation in the nose. Medium bodied in the mouth. A very light glycerin feel. Some mint and a little lift on the very clean finish. Very good. Drank from 375ml, no decanting, but let it hang out in glasses for an hour.

Strawberry and peach with a hint of mint. This is one of my favorite pinots from CA!
