This was the perfect wine to have with a roast chicken for a New Year’s Day celebration. Layered dark fruits and tannins with earthiness that complements anything earthy on your plate. We decanted for 3 hours.

{ #TasteAltoPiemonte } Brilliant effort at this point, but the serious structure here is keeping this one pretty coiled at the moment. Open this as a PnP, you might well hate it; give this at least 4-5 years of rest in the cellar. Classic color, aromas and flavors in this Nebbiolo blend; it's all here, just needs time for more harmony to emerge with further integration. 2021-2035. recommended+
You'll find scents of red berry, chopped herb, clove and a balsamic note on this fragrant Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Croatina blend. The luminous palate delivers ripe cherry, juicy strawberry, white pepper, and menthol underscored by a mineral vein. It's elegant and intense but still austere at this stage, with a firm tannic backbone. Drink 2018–2031.
