  • UNP. Color light straw. Nose has peach and clementine w some minerality. Swishing shows considerable acid but this is not harsh and really balances the RS nicely. Sipping shows a good dollop of RS but the acid is in perfect harmony and keeps the fruit light. Really nice, and I think will evolve into something that I really enjoy. Will wait 5 yrs for the next bottle.
Night 2 and a chill and it is showing the same poise. Will benefit from time. I would have guessed this as a 2010 because of the RS and zinging acidity

  • Unscrewed and poured. Straw color. Nose with minerality and citrus fruit with a little reduction. On the palate acid noticeable right off and residual sugar also prominent. Acid continues to assert itself during the finish giving some sense of structure and keeps the fruit light but seems disjointed right now. Will sit tight on these for a few years

  • Great for a summer picnic. Wet stone minerality and citrus on the nose. Nice mouthfeel. Off-dry and effervescent. Taste of white peach, honey, and lemon. Pair with thai food or drink as an aperitif.

  • Deutschland (Wine Exchange - Orange, CA): This shows attractive sweetness and mineral character to the aromas of melon and stone fruits. The palate opens up with fresh tension leading to gripping stones and yellow fruit flavors. This wine offers respectable density but I would like to see a little more power.
