Small pour. Really quite ready on the nose. Quite tertiary. Elegant on the palate with good length but here, too, quite fully developed. On this showing reassuringly good if not compelling and indicating there is no need to wait longer on these.

Very good showing. same bottle as Nutty08. This was PnP in a restaurant out of Conterno stems.
Youthful color, fairly dark with minimal bricking. Quite a bit of extraction but it's held up nicely. Dark fruited (blackberry, raspberry) with plenty of tertiary development on the palate, but I think the lesson here is in ripeness and extraction. I'm told it was Benjamin Leroux's first vintage, whose wines I enjoy. Good showing.

Large scaled, dense and dark fruited Burgundy. There's plenty of structure here, but with air comes into balance and shows some delineation. Still showing very young and considerable tannin.

尝,老酒柔软的气味,口中也很soft,细致。但是略失望。

Total bruiser but potential. Complex. Very dark and serious.
