Fresh, juicy and balanced, though not overly complex. Served at a party with a Rosso di Montalcino, a couple guests actually thought this had higher acidity than the Rosso, though I disagreed on that front.

Needs at least two hours to decant - a bit too high acid on pop-and-pour, but becomes more integrated and full bodied after some air. Drinkable now, but probably can stand some additional time (maybe a year, but not too much longer)

Bright, Crisp and Spicey = sounds like a white wine but this has tons more flavor. This has welcome flavors away from the everday Cab or Blend, different but great.
