  • PnP, then drunk over three evenings, from memory. Diam cork.
This was reductive at the beginning and with a nice, light golden color. It needed some air to develop fully all its flavors and I think it showed its best on day two and three. Beautiful depth of flavor on the palate, smooth, with the right acidity. Not a knock out, not particularly distinctive in a sense, but balanced, complex and with that beautiful silkiness which can develop only with age.

  • Monthly tasting club LTC 2015-03; France: Languedoc. (@ SO by PvE): Bouquet with minerals and smoke at first and followed by yellow tropical fruits. On the palate the smoke and minerals dominate as well, but there are also good fruits, pleasant and mild acidity and some caramel. Beautiful wine and still youthful. Wait until 2017+

  • Beautiful light golden color.
Butter on the nose, with just a touch of oak. Some flowers too.
Body, but no fat. Age has made it tight and sleek, and it also has a mineral core.
A bit static and a drying finish too. Interesting, but not really my style, and not so much pleasure.
This was popped and poured and followed over three days - on day three it was tired.
