  Dark straw in colour. An evocative nose of light petrol, white flowers, dense orchard fruit (mostly center stone fruits - peach/apricot), honey from the comb. Very dense on the palate with wildflower honey predominate, followed by apricot, floral notes, and a long focused penetrating finish of honey, orange and spice. Amazing and very young but absolutely delicious!!!
