Drink them up now! This bottle actually had some fruit left but very little. Almost a dried apricot, stewed fruit with leather and earth. This bottle was actually drinkable as the last two were not.

Found a final bottle in the back of the cellar. I had modest expectations, given the wine's age, and was pleasantly surprised. Golden color. Ripe stone fruit with a moderate sense of maturity. Still slightly floral. Good ripe fruit start-to-finish with good balance and textures.

Starting to reveal it's bones but still balanced and tasty. This didn't necessarily "evolve" but it aged well. Washed down prosciutto-wrapped figs just fine.

Floral nose with moderately ripe peach and smoky nut smells as well. Palate starts out more lush and ripe, then ends crisply with good acidity and flavors of lemon zest and orange zest. While this won't be getting any better or more interesting, there is still good life in this bottle.
